We would like to introduce a case of disc springs adopted in a vibration control system called a brake damper. The client is currently conceptualizing a mechanism using springs as a prototype for the development of a vibration control system. There was a need for springs that could withstand extremely large loads while maintaining high precision in load characteristics. Therefore, we considered achieving the ideal load-deflection characteristics by precisely controlling the pressurized and depressurized loads based on the central values of these loads.
