To Tanoi Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which manufactures "taps" and "dice," we would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of collaborative robots. The company has been struggling to hire new talent as their engineers are retiring due to aging. After the introduction, switching between multiple programs became easy, allowing for simple changes between various tasks and enabling small-lot production of a wide variety of products.
