We have received inquiries about our inspection software from manufacturers of printers and printing equipment. We will send samples and conduct a simple verification of the differences in "missing" and "position" of the printed materials. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 We conducted verification of the white lines within the black area and the misalignment of the printing position using the samples provided. We took photographs from directly above with a 20-megapixel camera. Due to the high resolution of the camera, the inspection time for conducting two types of inspections simultaneously was approximately 4.5 seconds per instance. (The actual time may increase depending on the number and range of inspection frames.) There were no defective samples with misalignment among the provided samples, but we can detect misalignments of about ±3mm.
