"HALDiS -S" Luminance Simulator" dedicated to very high contrast scenes, especially night driving
HALDis-S : Luminance Simulator" dedicated to very high contrast scenes, especially night driving
HALDiS Real-World Luminance Simulator
HALDiS Luminance Simulator features two display functions: (1) reproducing outdoor colors and brightness indoors, and (2) outputting the brightness and color values of input data as absolute values. It reproduces outdoor driving data or simulation input results on a 1:1 basis. By inputting lamp design data, users can verify brightness and color, thereby reducing prototype manufacturing costs.

Company information
OCTEC, Ltd. is a Japanese company dedicated to reproducing outdoor brightness and color indoors. OCTEC develops and provides solutions such as “HALDiS (Real Brightness Simulator)” “oT-Record (Real Brightness Recorder)” and “oT-Sim (Real Brightness Simulation)” . Reproducing brightness in a 1:1 ratio contributes to reduction for prototype production and outdoor driving tests (especially at night). The true luminance simulator displays images and videos to be viewed from the perspective either of the driver, the designer, or a camera involved in ADAS control.
