Okutech Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company that independently develops, sells, and engineers innovative solutions such as "HALDiS," "oT-Record," and "oT-Sim" to accurately "measure," "reproduce," "display," and "verify" outdoor dynamic environmental brightness (light) and color. We provide a verification environment that reproduces outdoor dynamic environmental brightness indoors at a one-to-one absolute value, contributing to the reduction of man-hours in prototype manufacturing and outdoor testing (especially at night), and promoting the full-scale digital transformation (DX) of development and verification in light-related fields (lighting devices, cameras, design, etc.). Additionally, based on over 20 years of practical experience in high-standard road design, we also possess and provide unique road generation know-how that excels in cost-effectiveness. In the field of fundamental research in optics, we have signed a technical agreement with the French National Institute (ENTPE, Lyon).
