"oT-Record" Dynamic luminance and high-resolution video recording and analysis system
oT-Record: Dynamic luminance and high-resolution video recording and analysis system
oT-Record acquires high-precision image and luminance data dynamically
Measurement at 60 Fps or higher and 4K or higher resolution, allowing accurate luminance data to be obtained, including daytime, nighttime, backlighting, and rainy conditions. By inputting the data recorded into our HALDIS system, the scene can be dynamically displayed indoors with the same brightness as outdoors.

basic information
-“oT-Record” records data as an independent system without connecting to a PC or power source. It can be started and controlled remotely (new released version). The accuracy of ‘oT-Record’ is as follows. Measurement D range*: 1:50,000 General Mismatch Index**: V(λ) [f1'<4%] Measurable luminance****: 0.01 cd/m² Repeatability: 10 cd/m² or more ±4.2% (cd/m²) Measurement accuracy: 10 cd/m² or more ±4.2% (cd/m²) *Based on our measurement standards. **Based on ISO/CIE 1937:2014, “Methods for the performance evaluation of illuminometers and luminance meters.” Measured using our set values. Konica Minolta CS-2000 was used as a reference. *** The “General Mismatch Index” of the Konica Minolta CS-100A luminance meter is measured in the first measurement mode with f1' < 7% (stabilized for 3 seconds before measurement). **** When using an F1.4 lens. Shutter speed of 1/30 second, standard light source D65 used. -oT-Analyzer is a tool that quickly analyzes the “color and brightness” of a series of SDR or HDR images, ranging from a single image to thousands or tens of thousands of images. It can analyze points, lines, and surfaces using average values and extreme values, automatically generate histograms, and output numerical tables. oT-Analyzer also serves as a valuable tool for verifying HDR-CG simulation results of traffic scenes by referencing data collected with oT-Record.

Company information
OCTEC, Ltd. is a Japanese company dedicated to reproducing outdoor brightness and color indoors. OCTEC develops and provides solutions such as “HALDiS (Real Brightness Simulator)” “oT-Record (Real Brightness Recorder)” and “oT-Sim (Real Brightness Simulation)” . Reproducing brightness in a 1:1 ratio contributes to reduction for prototype production and outdoor driving tests (especially at night). The true luminance simulator displays images and videos to be viewed from the perspective either of the driver, the designer, or a camera involved in ADAS control.
