A device for recycling and reusing discarded organic solvents (such as thinner).
Kobex-made waste organic solvent recovery and recycling device
It is possible to recover (recycle) thinner, toluene, methanol, ethanol, and fluorine-based and chlorine-based solvents.
The use of organic solvents is high, and addressing their disposal and compliance with VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations has become an important issue. The organic solvent recovery and recycling equipment developed and manufactured by our group company, Kobex Co., Ltd., provides a solution that balances cost reduction and environmental considerations in response to these challenges. Feature 1: It is capable of recovering (recycling) first and second class petroleum products such as thinner, toluene, acetone, MEK, ethyl acetate, as well as alcohols like methanol, ethanol, IPA, and fluorinated and chlorine-based solvents. Feature 2: Using Kobex's unique technology, solvent regeneration is performed in a vacuum state, which lowers the boiling point of the solvent and allows for a reduction in electricity energy costs. Specific Benefits: If an average of 40 drums of waste ethyl acetate is produced per month, a cost reduction effect of approximately 1.2 million yen per month and over 14 million yen annually can be expected. Additionally, the discharged residue can be sold to recycling companies instead of being disposed of. With such specifications being highly regarded, the company's equipment has a proven track record of delivery to major domestic manufacturers across various industries.

basic information
Customer Feedback Reveals Product Specifications Significant reduction in the cost of purchasing and disposing of thinners! Contributing to factory cost savings with a recycling rate of up to 90% In response to the ongoing rise in organic solvent prices and special industrial waste disposal fees, many factories are implementing cost-cutting measures. However, it is surprisingly not well known that recycling of waste organic solvents can be conducted in-house. In this context, a company providing comprehensive building material solutions, including cold and hot pipe products, equipment products, civil engineering, waterproofing, reinforcement products, and functional materials, has introduced the Kobex vacuum distillation recovery unit (CA-103V). They have been recycling and reusing thinners used for cleaning after painting through a solvent recovery unit. Additionally, prior to the full-scale introduction of our group's products, "demo units are available for loan." If you are considering a demo unit, please let us know.

Our company was established in 1989 with the mission of selling and maintaining pumps and blowers that protect the lifelines of daily life. However, we took the impact of the Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995 seriously, where the majority of fire extinguishing devices failed to function due to power outages, leading to an escalation of damage. In response, we developed the Nias fire extinguishing device, which is designed to operate in any disaster situation. Taking this opportunity, we have actively expanded our business areas through mergers and acquisitions with various companies and technological partnerships with overseas firms, focusing on the theme of "people, water, and air." We will continue to enhance our corporate value to contribute to building a richer future. Capital: 294.75 million yen Number of employees (consolidated): 180
