✅Request Details We received a request from Ibaraki University for the repair of a foreign-made point counter. It only operates in the X direction. Therefore, we created a stage that moves in both the X and Y directions. ✅Key Innovations By using a stepping motor, we enabled step movements in increments of 0.1 mm within a sample movement range of 22 mm x 22 mm. Additionally, we developed a point counter program linked to a computer. It's accurately measured the volume ratios of bubbles and debris particles in microscopic observation research. This allows researchers to work continuous. ✅Results - High-precision positioning The use of a stepping motor allows for high-precision positioning without the need for sensors. - Slim design Its slim design allows it to be used with a rotating stage of a polarizing microscope without interfering with operation.
