The Agilent Advanced Dilution System 2 (ADS 2) is an integrated automated dilution system. By automating cumbersome procedures that are prone to errors, such as the preparation of standard solutions, dilution of samples prior to analysis, and pre-treatment for re-dilution of samples or QC solutions that fail outside the calibration range, it simplifies lab workflows. Automating these tasks saves analysts' time, reduces the risk of human error, and improves sample throughput. ADS 2 seamlessly integrates with Agilent ICP-OES and ICP-MS. It is incorporated into ICP Expert and ICP-MS MassHunter software, allowing for complete control. This document explains the changes that ADS 2, designed with productivity and simplicity in mind, brings to lab workflows.
