"Sumika Super TM LCP" is an LCP compound characterized by high insulation properties, thermal conductivity, and excellent fluidity that allows for thin-walled molding similar to paper and film. Sumitomo Chemical's Sumika Super TM LCP compound can be applied to motor slot liners, reducing processes such as punching and post-processing that are necessary with paper or film. Continuous shapes can also be molded integrally, eliminating wasted space due to overlaps. Its low moisture absorption means that changes in insulation properties over time are minimal.
