A device for collecting and recycling organic solvents discarded at overseas production factories on-site.
Cobbex development device for recovering and regenerating waste organic solvents, including thinner: regeneration rate of over 80% for waste solvents! Explosion-proof design allows for installation in hazardous locations.
Many domestic manufacturers with production bases overseas have a proven track record! We are also looking for sales agents for this product.
(Exerting the power of the product in hazardous locations) This product has a unique technology that has won the Japan Invention Award and is also explosion-proof, allowing it to respond to risks such as fire and explosion at a high level. Areas where flammable gases or vapors leaked from chemical plants or plants mix with air and pose a risk of explosion are referred to as "hazardous locations." In such environments, this product line is explosion-proof, eliminating the possibility of this device becoming an ignition source in hazardous locations. (Recycling ratio for recovery) This product line boasts a recycling ratio of over 80% from waste solvents. Due to this high recycling ratio, solvents used and collected in factories can be reused at over 80%, meaning that 1,000 liters of waste solvent can be transformed into over 800 liters of reusable solvent. (Purity of recycled solvents) The mechanism of this product employs a vacuum distillation method, functioning like a magic wand to recycle from liquid to gas and from gas back to liquid, resulting in high-purity solvents through the patented technology of this product. While there are various types of recycling devices, the high purity and over 80% regeneration ratio achieved by this product line is of rare value.

basic information
□ Small Solvent Recovery Device CA-100 Series → Suitable for applications with a waste solvent discharge of less than 2 tons per month. This device allows for automatic liquid supply and transfer from the waste solvent drum to the recovery liquid drum. There is no need for liquid transfer, and handling is simple—just set the lance nozzle on each drum. Temperature control and distillation recovery after operation are performed automatically by the machine. Additionally, alarms will sound when there is a solvent shortage at the inlet of the contaminated liquid drum or when the recovery liquid drum is full, with alarm indications also displayed on the collective abnormality indicator light. All equipment is designed with various interlock measures and is explosion-proof, allowing for safe operation in explosive areas. □ Explosion-Proof Automatic Cleaning Device CA-400 Series → Customizable. Items that were previously washed by hand with thinner can now be easily cleaned using this device. This leads to improved working conditions, reduced burden on workers, and ultimately, labor savings through shorter cleaning times. The device can also clean items such as machine parts and automotive components that have ink or paint on them, and the dirty liquid from the cleaning process can be recycled through distillation regeneration. Additionally, there are series products suitable for implementation in large factories, so we can recommend the most suitable product series based on the environment.

Applications/Examples of results
(Cost Performance) The products in this range, which feature explosion-proof specifications, a high level of recycling rate, and high-purity solvent recycling capabilities, are rare. If these products are implemented, it is expected that they can demonstrate cost performance similar to the following; can you imagine the results of introducing these in your production and painting facilities? Please note that this achievement is based on actual measurements taken after implementing the products being proposed, and it is a "fact." (Cost Performance When Actually Implemented) *This data reflects the benefits experienced by users who have implemented CA802. The company has been recycling an average of 40 drums of waste solvent per month internally. By comparing year-on-year, they have reduced the need for new cleaning solvents and decreased waste disposal costs. The result of this achievement corresponds to a cost reduction of 14,204,000 yen annually! Additionally, Kobex Co., Ltd., which develops and manufactures this product range, will become a group company of Poec Co., Ltd. (with a 100% investment ratio from our company) starting in March 2024.

Our company was established in 1989 with the mission of selling and maintaining pumps and blowers that protect the lifelines of daily life. However, we took the impact of the Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995 seriously, where the majority of fire extinguishing devices failed to function due to power outages, leading to an escalation of damage. In response, we developed the Nias fire extinguishing device, which is designed to operate in any disaster situation. Taking this opportunity, we have actively expanded our business areas through mergers and acquisitions with various companies and technological partnerships with overseas firms, focusing on the theme of "people, water, and air." We will continue to enhance our corporate value to contribute to building a richer future. Capital: 294.75 million yen Number of employees (consolidated): 180
