【Other Production Achievements】 ■ Servo Motor Drive Specifications In addition to standard motors and geared motors, we can manufacture specifications tailored to your drive equipment, including adapters for servo motors and planetary gear reducers. ■ Reverse Load Compatible Specifications For models with a rated capacity of 250 kN or more, we can produce specifications that accommodate reverse loads up to the rated capacity as special items (models with a rated capacity of 200 kN or less are standardly designed to handle reverse loads). ■ Anti-Backlash Specifications By adjusting the backlash in the screw axis direction (the gap between the male and female threads), we ensure that the stopping position remains consistent regardless of the load direction. This structure uses springs to minimize the gap between the screw and the worm wheel. In the case of ball screw specifications, this can be achieved by changing the ball screw accuracy. ■ Drop Prevention Nut Specifications This is a safety specification that supports the load with a drop prevention nut, even if the female thread of the screw axis or traveling nut that holds the load wears out or breaks. ■ Telescopic Specifications This two-stage design allows the second stage to extend after the first stage reaches the stroke limit.
