Surface treatment device for 3D printing
The PostPro SF100 is a surface treatment device for post-processing 3D printed parts, providing an appearance and texture similar to injection-molded components. The sealed surface not only makes painting easier but also enhances the mechanical properties of each part, and it has been recognized as safe for contact with skin and food. Additionally, by automating the post-processing of parts, it enables production with consistent quality and achieves mass production of final components. Compared to traditional manual methods, it significantly reduces processing time. Since the material is redistributed across the entire surface, it is not removed like during polishing, thus maintaining dimensional accuracy.
