We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing the "nozzle," a plant equipment maintenance product for ENEOS Corporation. Due to a change in the specifications at the plant's receiving end, we received a request for a nozzle that meets the new standards on short notice. We took the actual product's photo data for design and created the product using 3D printing (AM) in an integrated shape. By reducing the number of components, we significantly shortened the lead time. 【Manufacturing Steps】 ■1. Reverse Engineering (Creating 3D Data / Manufacturing Planning / Creating Specifications) ■2. Manufacturing (Integrated 3D Printing) ■3. Quality Inspection and Material Testing *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We will remanufacture discontinued parts that have become difficult to obtain due to manufacturers going out of business or ceasing production, using the latest reverse engineering technology. 【Our Strengths and Features】 No drawings required: We generate 3D data from actual parts or photos, restoring components manufactured decades ago as "modern blueprints." Advanced engineering: With proven technical capabilities, including partnerships with the U.S. Marine Corps, we can manufacture and propose improvements such as enhancing the durability of worn parts (VAE). Top-tier domestic manufacturing facilities: Our factory in Tsurumi Ward, Yokohama, is equipped with over 30 industrial 3D printers (metal and resin). Rapid response from a single piece: Utilizing AM (3D printing) technology that does not require molds, we achieve the shortest delivery time of 3 days and enable small-scale production from a single item. We have extensive manufacturing experience with complex critical components in industries such as energy, defense, and chemicals, where high reliability is required.
