We would like to introduce a case where we were requested to manufacture a pipe with intentional scratches at specified locations for the calibration of equipment that inspects for scratches on manufactured pipes. Since it was not possible to manually create scratches on thin pipes, we developed a dedicated machine that allows us to perform the processing of adding scratches, making it possible for us to provide this service. Furthermore, we received requests to conduct various tests, and in collaboration with our customers, we improved the dedicated machine, thereby expanding the range of our capabilities.
