We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Minafit" that we handle at our company to Sekisui Metal Co., Ltd. The company manufactures and sells model trains and was spending a lot of time and effort on packaging models of different sizes and shapes. Packaging one model took about 80 seconds, but after the implementation, scissors and staples were no longer needed, reducing the packaging time per model to an average of 20.5 seconds.
