6-axis force sensor with hollow structure model <Cables can be routed inside the sensor>
SFT200HC, SFT200IC, SFT500IC series
Compact hollow structure model with a large diameter of 30mm.
We offer a compact "6-axis force sensor with built-in amplifier and hollow structure model." The sensing section employs a beam structure and semiconductor strain gauges. It can simultaneously detect three axes of load (Fx, Fy, Fz) and three axes of moment (Mx, My, Mz). In the hollow structure model, we have two products available: 200N and 500N. It is possible to pass cables for hand tools and other equipment through the hollow part of the sensor, making it ideal for combination with industrial robots and collaborative robots that have a hollow structure. 【Features】 ■ Large diameter 30mm hollow structure ■ Two products available: 200N and 500N ■ Compatible with RS-422 and USB communication methods ■ Sensor cable can be drawn from the hollow section (SFT200IC, SFT500IC) ■ Lightweight aluminum body with high rigidity and a permissible overload of 500% ■ High response rate of 1kHz with built-in low-pass filter function *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment in 1962, our company has made magnetic engineering its core technology and has been engaged in unique magnetic application technologies and production techniques. We manufacture and sell magnetic heads that read and write magnetic information, such as tickets and commuter passes for automatic ticket gates and vending machines in railways, as well as magnetic tickets for highways and parking lots, and we have received widespread patronage. Sanetec will continue to embrace "transformation" and "challenge" to adapt to the rapid changes of the times. In particular, we will focus on providing unique products related to "force sensors" and "torque sensors," which play a crucial role in force control within robotic systems. Along with this mission-like challenge, Sanetec aims to be a trusted "excellent company" in both the magnetic head business and the sensor business, and we kindly ask for your continued understanding and support.
