6-axis force sensor <Standard, hollow structure, compact moment-enhanced model>
SFT200DB, SFT1KNB, SFT4KNB, SFT7KNB, SFT10KNB series
Wide range of rated load lineup, compatible with various communication methods, hollow structure, compact moment reinforcement, available in 3-axis models.
We offer a wide range of compact "6-axis force sensors" with built-in amplifiers. The sensing unit employs a beam structure and semiconductor strain gauges. It can simultaneously detect three axes of load (Fx, Fy, Fz) and three axes of moment (Mx, My, Mz). The standard model lineup includes five products ranging from 200N to 10,000N. Depending on the system interface, you can choose from communication methods such as Ethernet, RS-422, CAN, USB, and analog (analog requires a separate converter). 【Features】 ■ Simultaneous detection of three axes of load (Fx, Fy, Fz) and three axes of moment (Mx, My, Mz) ■ Lineup of five products: 200N, 1kN, 4kN, 7kN, and 10kN ■ High measurement resolution of 1/10,000 ■ Lightweight aluminum body with a high rigidity and allowable overload of 500% ■ Built-in amplifier, compatible with various communication methods (no converter needed, except for analog) ■ High response rate of 1kHz with built-in low-pass filter function * Available in hollow structure, compact moment reinforcement, and 3-axis models * For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its establishment in 1962, our company has made magnetic engineering its core technology and has been engaged in unique magnetic application technologies and production techniques. We manufacture and sell magnetic heads that read and write magnetic information, such as tickets and commuter passes for automatic ticket gates and vending machines in railways, as well as magnetic tickets for highways and parking lots, and we have received widespread patronage. Sanetec will continue to embrace "transformation" and "challenge" to adapt to the rapid changes of the times. In particular, we will focus on providing unique products related to "force sensors" and "torque sensors," which play a crucial role in force control within robotic systems. Along with this mission-like challenge, Sanetec aims to be a trusted "excellent company" in both the magnetic head business and the sensor business, and we kindly ask for your continued understanding and support.
