[Case Study] Implementation in a Chinese factory, allowing real-time situation monitoring from a distance.
Choose and use the features you want! Check all your data in one platform.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "UM SaaS Cloud" at the Chinese factory of Nas Co., Ltd., which exports tea bag and coffee drip bag packaging machines and produces and sells filters. Previously, information such as orders, production schedules, inventory, and machine allocation was managed in separate Excel files, leading to challenges such as the hassle of receiving files from the Chinese factory and difficulty in cross-referencing data, which resulted in decreased operational efficiency. After the implementation, there was no longer a need to open each Excel file individually; by accessing the system, users could easily see the progress and order information. The ability to search and reference past data has made managing repeat items particularly easier. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: Time-consuming data aggregation ■ Outcome: Information can be searched and aggregated on the same platform, leading to increased speed ■ Modules Used - UM Process Progress - UM Gantt *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
