■Manufacturing Low CO2 Products Our company is working to reduce CO2 emissions by switching to CO2-free electricity, using carbon-neutral gas, and reviewing manufacturing facilities. We manufacture low CO2 products at a factory that has achieved a reduction of over 95% in annual CO2 emissions (compared to fiscal year 2013). ■Product Development with Reduced Environmental Impact Substances We are actively developing products that reduce environmental impact substances such as lead and cadmium, and we offer products that comply with lead regulations for drinking water and RoHS and ELV directives in various countries. ■Efforts in Resource Recycling Our main product, brass rods, is primarily manufactured using recycled scrap to effectively utilize limited resources.
