It can operate without a higher-level controller by using dedicated software. By using servo control, it provides high-precision feedback of position and speed information, enabling high-precision positioning and smooth operation without loss of steps. During operation, it moves steadily through servo control. When stopping, it combines servo control and stepping control to stop at the targeted position without hunting. Due to the absence of hunting, there are many successful applications in tabletop inspection machines.
