This is often used for heating ladles. ■ Material preheating with pure oxygen burners in electric furnaces An oxygen burner is directed at the material coming out from the top of the electric furnace, adding heat to the material. As the heat increases, the melting of the material accelerates, allowing for a 10% to 20% reduction in electricity consumption of the electric furnace. *Demo tests can be conducted, so please feel free to ask.
