The molded products in sheet metal processing often require precise accuracy. This time, we conducted an inspection of the curvature angle using two inspection frames. This inspection checks for misalignment of the parts. 【Inspection Setup and Results】 By using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we combined two inspection frames and calculated the intersection points. In the repeatability accuracy test, the maximum value was 371.329, the minimum value was 371.308, resulting in a difference of approximately 0.021mm.
