Detect and determine incorrectly assembled items due to misalignment of metal products.
In the assembly and implementation of fine parts within metal products of approximately 50mm, there have been incidents where products were shipped with incorrect assemblies due to the similar appearance of their silhouettes. To address this issue, we attempted an image inspection judgment test. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Color Comparison Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to detect differences in the orientation of parts and determine visually similar items (incorrect products) in less than one second. We set a pixel detection rate pass/fail criterion. Here, it is configured to fail if the detected silver color exceeds the upper limit.
