Automation of cranes and hooks makes work safer and more efficient!
eLINK (Multi-functional Control System) is a central data collection and control system that can control auto hooks individually or as a group. Using the eight inputs and four outputs of eLINK, sensor data from the auto hooks can be utilized, enabling easy automation of cranes through an app. The inputs allow you to assign the opening and closing operations of the hook to physical buttons. The outputs can control the operation of the auto hook or crane by setting conditions in advance on the app. For example, it is possible to configure the system to cut off the signal to the hook when it detects that the hook is in an intermediate position, or to stop the crane's operation if the hook loses the signal. With its simple operability, it can be connected via Wi-Fi from smartphones, tablets, or PCs, allowing for monitoring of the hook's opening and closing as well as its status. Remote operation enables safe lifting and lowering of loads, thereby increasing work efficiency.

As of January 2023, we have changed our company name to RUD Spanset Japan. Handling and transporting heavy objects, which are essential in manufacturing and construction industries, is a dangerous task. Our mission is to ensure the utmost safety and efficiency in handling and transporting operations through our proposals. As a result, we believe this will lead to the "happiness" of our customers and stakeholders. We have been engaged in the import and sales of lifting equipment and transport machinery from overseas, as well as in technical sales, ensuring the safety of lifting tools. In this context, we have incorporated our intention to expand the sales of products from RUD and Spanset as our main focus into our new company name. On January 1, 2023, we changed our name to "RUD Spanset Japan," using the names of our two main companies. We also revamped our company logo, symbolizing the synergy created by the connection of RUD's chains and Spanset's round slings. Moving forward, our entire team will continue to challenge ourselves to build a "happy" future for everyone.
