We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our EC product search and site search engine, "ZETA SEARCH," at Plus Corporation. We revamped the keyword search functionality and introduced a "suggest" feature that complements input characters across all four sites. We also supported product model number searches. As a result of the implementation, we fine-tuned details such as variations in notation, which improved the hit rate during keyword input and enhanced search accuracy.
