Our scan lenses are based on the latest optical design and offer both telecentric and non-telecentric types. They cover a wide range of wavelengths including 266 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm, 1064 nm, and 10.6 µm, and possess diffraction-limited performance. The internal optical elements have no back reflection spots and are made from materials such as synthetic quartz, CaF2, and sapphire to withstand high-power lasers, with a laser endurance exceeding 6 KW. Additionally, these lenses have a very high uniformity of the focal spot at over 95%, and in the case of telecentric lenses, the telecentricity error is kept below 1°. The focal lengths range from 32 mm to 920 mm, and the scan field can accommodate sizes from 6 x 6 mm to 710 x 710 mm. Options for water cooling and air cooling are available. Furthermore, the optical coatings feature low-reflectivity AR coatings, with reflectivity typically kept very low at R<0.2%. Absorption and scattering are also minimized, ensuring reliable performance.
