As electric vehicles and high-speed communication technologies advance, electronic components are increasingly required to be smaller and more high-performance, leading to various performance demands on powder materials depending on their applications. (For example, high heat dissipation performance, high filling density, etc.) By sphericalizing the powder with 'CERAMELT', improvements in flowability, reduced equipment wear during transport, and enhanced fillability can be expected. The flowability of composites (such as semiconductor encapsulants) that incorporate powder as a filler is improved, allowing for high-density filling, among other benefits.
