Super engineering plastic compatible small injection molding machine μMIV
μMIV High-Temperature Specification
Molding super engineering plastics (such as PEEK) with a small injection molding machine! High quality, low cost!
- High melting point resins (such as PEEK) that exceed 380℃ can be molded. (Some grades cannot be injected, so pre-trial is recommended.) - Molding of expensive materials without waste. - The μMIV high-temperature specification can heat the injection part up to 450℃. Reasons why the μMIV series is popular! - A genuine ultra-compact injection molding machine suitable for both prototype and mass production molding. - The footprint of the molding machine body is tabletop size (μMIV-2). - Precision molding through accurate measurement (weight stability rate of 0.02%). - Molding is possible from small amounts of resin (approximately 100g), making it suitable for testing special and expensive materials. - Fine control is possible with features such as three-speed two-pressure, position and pressure switching control, and a resin pressure sensor built into the manifold. (The resin pressure sensor is optional.) - Widely usable from specimen production in the lab to inline molding of single pieces.
