FactoryLiNQ IoT is a unique IoT platform developed to efficiently collect and utilize various data within factories. This system combines M5Stack series devices with various sensors to acquire data, and by integrating with Microsoft Azure, it achieves flexible and advanced data management. One of the major features of adopting M5Stack is the ability to use a wide range of sensors. This allows for easy monitoring of various environmental conditions and machine states within the factory, such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and pressure. Additionally, by leveraging programs on the M5Stack, data preprocessing and processing based on specific rules can be flexibly performed on the device side, enabling responsiveness in real-time scenarios. Furthermore, the ability to remotely monitor sensor data and perform remote maintenance as needed improves operational efficiency. For example, it is easy to automatically send alerts when abnormal values are detected or to change the settings of sensors and equipment from a remote location.
