This product is designed for use with the Lumitect testing kit. The measurement dark box is an original dark box for measuring the luminescence of Lumitect reagents with a smartphone. It can accommodate most smartphones (iOS, Android) simply by aligning the camera with the measurement hole. Furthermore, using a dedicated app makes measurement and analysis even easier.

【Composition】 The measurement dark box consists of the main body, tube stand, inner lid, and main lid. It is made of waterproof paper. 【Instructions for Use】 1. Place the sample in the tube stand installed in the main body. The tube stand is designed to hold 8 PCR tubes of 100 µL each. 2. Stack the inner lid and position the smartphone camera so that it overlaps with the shooting hole. 3. The distance from the camera to the sample is approximately 0.1 m. Set the focal length. 4. Set the camera timer and start shooting. 5. Close the main lid before the shooting begins. 6. After shooting is complete, open the main lid and check the images.
