Cleaning agent for molding machines (purging agent) "Asaclean" usage example: regular cleaning.
The importance of regular cleaning and its effects! It keeps the inside of the machine clean and significantly reduces the risk of foreign matter contamination.
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asaclean," which can significantly reduce the foreign matter defect rate. Continuous use of molding machines can lead to the accumulation of resin coatings and thermal degradation, resulting in black spot foreign matter. If left unattended, not only will the foreign matter defect rate increase, but it may also lead to a situation where good products cannot be obtained, necessitating disassembly and cleaning, resulting in significant opportunity loss. By using our product, it is possible to greatly reduce these "predictable cost burdens." [Customer Feedback] ■ As a result of implementing regular cleaning with Asaclean "UP Grade," we were able to significantly reduce the defect rate from 10% to less than 1%. ■ By cleaning with Asaclean "U" during resin change and conducting regular cleaning with "IMX" → "newEX," foreign matter issues have almost disappeared. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
