Cleaning agent for molding machines (purging agent) "Asaclean" case study: irregular extrusion molding
With high cleaning power, maximize the efficiency of dirt removal and color/material changes!
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asacrin," which is effective for removing stains that have occurred. In the field of non-standard extrusion molding, there are often cases where the use of multiple colors and types of resins is required. It is not uncommon to struggle with materials that are prone to burning or scorching. With our product, which is a cleaning agent specifically designed for molding machines, you can maximize the efficiency of resin and color changes, as well as stain removal. [Customer Feedback] ■ The cleaning time for the extruder has been reduced by half, and there is no longer a need to use a wire brush after using the cleaning agent. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
