We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asaclean," which serves as a savior in reviving high-productivity molding sites. When resin molding machines operate for extended periods, the resin that accumulates inside the machine deteriorates, and if it contaminates the molded products, it results in foreign matter defects. This not only significantly impacts yield but also requires disassembly and cleaning, which halts production and leads to substantial opportunity losses. Our product effectively removes foreign matter with its powerful cleaning ability, fundamentally solving the issue of foreign matter generation. Therefore, it resets the interior of the molding machine to a clean state without the need for cumbersome and time-consuming disassembly and cleaning.
