It plays a role in solving the problems of residual resin oxidation degradation and thermal degradation that occur while the resin molding machine is stopped!
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asaclean," which blocks oxygen and suppresses thermal degradation due to its excellent thermal stability. Inside the resin molding machine that is stopped, the residual resin deteriorates due to residual heat and oxygen in the air. As a result, problems such as foreign matter contamination during startup are more likely to occur. By sealing the machine with Asaclean, which has excellent thermal stability, it is possible to eliminate this potential issue. [Customer Feedback] ■ During machine downtime, we perform cleaning with Asaclean "U," sealing with "IMX," and cleaning again with "UF2." The startup after holidays has been completed in less than half the time compared to before, and we are grateful for that. ■ We conduct regular cleaning every two weeks with Asaclean "newEX" and "newUP," and seal during long-term shutdowns (during holidays) with "newUP," reducing defects from 3% to 0.3% after the shutdown. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
