The CAPTRON LED PICK is the ultimate digital picking system that achieves high visibility, operability, flexibility, and robustness through the Smart CAP button and Smart LED strip of the capacitive sensor display. Moreover, it can withstand over 100 million touches, preventing operational downtime due to button failures. The Smart CAP button uses a large 6cm display, 7-segment LEDs, and multi-color LEDs to indicate which items to pick and from what position, confirming by touching the capacitive sensor. The Smart LED strip can individually control 60 LEDs per meter, allowing for clear separation even in a minimum storage space of 1.5cm, effectively utilizing the storage area.

It can be lit up in sections from a minimum shelf width of 1.5 cm to the width of the LED strip, allowing for effective use of the shelves. ◆ Cut the LED to adjust the length The standard lengths of the Smart LED strip are 98 cm, 205 cm, 310 cm, and 500 cm, but it can be cut with scissors to fit the width of the shelf. Additionally, it is multi-colored, allowing for color assignment to workers so that multiple workers can operate in the same area. ◆ Large display for easy visibility The Smart CAP button features a display with a 63 mm touch area and a 7-segment display. The surrounding LED ring is segmented, allowing one button to specify up to four storage positions. It supports over 100 million switch cycles thanks to the capacitive sensor. ◆ Multi-color LED The LED ring is a multi-color LED that supports 16 million colors. By assigning colors to the LEDs for workers, up to seven employees can work simultaneously in the picking zone.
