Dual input synchronous MOSFET driver! Suitable for three-phase BLDC motor control and more.
The MCP14700 is a high-speed synchronous MOSFET driver designed to properly drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs. It has two PWM inputs, allowing for individual control of external N-channel MOSFETs.
