"REX11" is an automatic insertion device for helicoil screws that prepares a dedicated post for CADCAM and can automatically convert it into a robot program. By simply marking specific colors at the insertion positions in the CADCAM data used for creating machining programs, robot teaching is completed. With a scheduler and work stocker, unmanned operation at night is possible. Additionally, the work origin is recognized by a camera, and phase alignment is automatically corrected. 【Operation Method】 1. Mark the insertion points in the CADCAM data based on the insert insertion instruction sheet. 2. Automatically generate the insertion preparation path using the "DrillAuto" function of CADCAM. 3. Automatically generate the robot program using the "REX11 post" set in CADCAM. 4. Set the workpiece in the stocker and input the machining instructions into the scheduler. 5. The workpiece is automatically inserted onto the table, and after phase correction by the camera, it operates automatically. 6.
