We would like to introduce a case study on "automated inspection of 0.01mm fine wires" conducted by our company. This inspection involves bending tests and burr detection of wires that are thinner than a human hair (0.01mm). The inspection is performed with a detection accuracy of 4μ (0.004mm). For reference, human hair is said to be between 50 and 100μ in thickness.
