Example of an inline image inspection device for processed products! A system that inspects the workpiece after cleaning using an image processing unit.
We would like to introduce a case study on "Automatic Inspection of Defective Processed Products Inline" that we conducted. A 6-axis vertical articulated robot supplies and removes workpieces to and from two processing machines. The processing machines perform flat machining, taper machining, and burr removal on aluminum die-cast parts. The workpieces removed by the robot are transported to a cleaning unit via a pick-and-place unit, and after cleaning, the workpieces are inspected by an image processing unit.
