We would like to introduce a case study on "Automatic Inspection of Fine Line Scratches on Glass Parts" conducted by our company. The image processing system recognizes line scratches that are difficult to see with the naked eye. The workpiece is a glass part approximately Φ20. The image of the line scratches is akin to thin, long scratches that could appear on glasses.
