Achieving the best finish with concrete compaction.
Square Head Technology The Square Head Vibrator technology, invented and patented by Wyco, offers the following advantages: The square head has up to 27% more surface area than a round head, allowing for faster work completion. Its unique orbital pattern allows for concrete compaction to be performed up to 50% faster. It provides a longer head lifespan compared to other designs. The square head is machined from solid bar stock and is heat-treated for added durability, eliminating thin screw-on head caps and using more material at the corners, which helps the head cool more effectively.

basic information
In advanced concrete mix design, even the most experienced concrete contractors can face challenges with compaction. Preventing defects from accumulating on the form surface is an excellent way to reduce repair costs and improve profits. SureSpeed 2.0 eliminates critical variable factors in compaction by ensuring that the vibrator head operates at a consistent speed, regardless of slump, load, or shaft and head size. Sure Speed vibrators meet the highest safety standards in the industry – they have obtained UL60745-12 electrical certification, cUL, and CSA certification, ensuring job site safety and compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 noise level regulations. Compatible with all head and shaft combinations One motor for all compaction needs Compatible with all legacy heads and shafts Safety compliant with current UL and OSHA regulations Automatically adapts to slump, adjusting motor output for superior results Lower power consumption Uses only the energy necessary to complete the job

Sunny Trading has consistently specialized in the import and sales of automatic control and labor-saving equipment since its establishment in 1961, actively introducing the latest high-performance machinery and equipment from Europe and the United States to the domestic market. The components for production machinery that we handle are widely adopted in industries such as machinery, electrical, and chemical, and we take pride in our extensive delivery track record to national government agencies, universities, research institutions, and the aerospace industry. The delivered parts are incorporated into machines to complete large production facilities, but confirming the compatibility of the products is essential for this process. We always strive to provide appropriate products by investing technical know-how and time for specification confirmation between overseas manufacturers and our customers. Additionally, we take responsibility for follow-up services, including on-site inspections of delivered products and maintenance. Unlike general trading companies that simply import and sell goods, we pride ourselves on being a trading company with engineering capabilities. Products are commercialized as machines by manufacturers, and they are actively utilized in core industries such as semiconductors, steel, shipbuilding, aerospace, packaging, logistics, and chemicals.
