The rainy season's humidity continues, but I hope everyone is doing well. In this article, I will report from my unique perspective on the insights I gained while studying logistics during my time in Japan, after returning to my hometown in Vietnam in May 2023. On July 20, 2004, Tokyo recorded its highest temperature ever at 39.5°C. This record high in Tokyo is a normal summer occurrence in my hometown (Quang Tri Province in central Vietnam). When I returned in May, the temperature was above 39°C. At that time, Japan was around 20°C, so I was a bit surprised, but it was a new experience.
