This IC cooler is designed with thin devices in mind. The unique embedded fan-to-sink design from JARO reduces the installation steps for the IC, and by applying the proprietary finger guard design to the device chip, it enables heat dissipation, saving time and space. It is ideal for applications with limited space, such as PCMCIA, PCI Express cards, blade servers, and all HOT CHIP SETS. JARO coolers operate at a very low noise level relative to CFM, making them perfect for cooling IC packages such as BGA, graphics, embedded processors, microprocessors, FPGA, and DSP.
