Cake removal is reliable The cake formed on the filter cloth is detached by rapid inversion using a small-diameter discharge roll. The roll is wrapped with stainless steel wire in a spiral, which forces the cake to be scraped off from the back of the filter cloth. This method allows for complete removal even at a thickness of 2mm, which is impossible with other types of filtration machines. 3. Easy filter cloth replacement The endless connection of the filter cloth uses zippers, racing, high-frequency welding, etc., allowing one person to complete the replacement in about 30 minutes. 4.
