Uniform Quality For raw materials that have clumped together due to agglomeration, the damper can be operated to circulate them using the centrifugal force from the swirling flow, extending the residence time within the device. This helps prevent undried areas and variations in drying caused by particle agglomeration, allowing for uniform dried products. Direct Connection to Centrifuge It can be directly connected to an Escher-Wyss type extruder centrifuge to supply dewatered cakes directly.
