The Y-shaped three-way ball valve is suitable for highly abrasive fluids such as powders and slurries, as well as for high-viscosity fluids and for passing pigs and spheres used for pipeline cleaning. This product features a wide angle of 135° in its flow path, compared to the standard 90° angle of typical three-way ball valves. The wide-angle flow path design reduces the likelihood of fluid blockage compared to a 90-degree three-way valve, and helps minimize damage to the body and ball when dealing with highly abrasive fluids. Additionally, there are two types of flanges available: straight and 22.5° angled.
