We would like to introduce a case study on the use of the unmanned forklift 'VNP15 (compact counterbalance type)' at the Fukushima factory of Estee Corporation. While the loading of finished product pallets was automated by a palletizer, the transportation to the next process involved human workers, which was a challenge.
