Loading and unloading operations from trucks occur at various sites such as factories and warehouses, but they have become significant challenges due to labor shortages, rising labor costs, and the 2024 issue. On the other hand, when automating these loading and unloading operations with unmanned forklifts, there are three challenges: the "stopping position of the truck," the "position of the pallet," and the "height of the cargo bed," making it a difficult solution.
