A customer engaged in food wholesale consulted us about transporting ground meat mixed with other products in a refrigerated truck at a partial temperature range. Previously, they used a cart with a shipper installed, placing dry ice inside for transportation. However, using dry ice caused nearby food items to freeze while those farther away began to thaw, leading to issues. This time, we proposed creating a large insulated box with high cooling performance to ensure uniform cooling throughout the entire box, tailored to fit the cart.
